Before the Transformation of the Gentleman's Lounge

Here is a "before" picture of what is to become the "Gentleman's Lounge." It's not horrible, just typical, and that's not what we wanted. Check back after the long weekend for a sneak preview of my reimagination of the space. I used both new and old pieces in the transformation. The Grand Reveal of the New England Living Show House is this weekend, and we can't wait to see all the incredible work - not only what we have done, but also what the other designers who are part of the project have brought to their own spaces. For information on how you can tour the Show House, click here to visit the official website.

More Progress at the Show House!

It's almost here! The Grand Reveal!  The grand opening gala will take place on May 27th. For all the information on the gala and the showhouse, click here.
The bathroom paper is going up and the upper wall and trim has been painted. We also have agreed to take on another space in the show house, the Gentleman's Lounge. This is a premier space in the show house right off the Grand Hall, and we will be creating a dramatic, graphic space for this room. STAY TUNED!

Let's remember the "before" of the bathroom:

Below is a shot during the wallpaper installation. The paper has a beautiful metallic finish on it. We also painted the upper portion of the wall in a metallic paint as well. Coming soon we will be adding new tin to the ceiling courtesy of http://www.mbossinc.com/.

Check back for all the "After" pictures following the Grand Reveal on May 27th!
